These terms cover use of www.bpo.lk and messages you exchange with BPO Corporate Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“BPO”) by email, phone, or WhatsApp, including messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
The site
The site describes our corporate, finance, digital, and growth services in Sri Lanka. Pages, articles, and sample answers are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not an offer to act for you. A service starts only when we agree the scope and fees in writing.
WhatsApp is a way to enquire and, once we are engaged, to exchange day-to-day messages. A WhatsApp message does not by itself appoint us, change a fee, or give us instructions to file, pay, or sign anything. Formal instructions need the channel named in the engagement letter.
You are responsible for the WhatsApp account you write from. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or information you are not allowed to share. Business-initiated template messages are sent only where we are allowed to send them. Reply STOP, or email info@bpo.lk, to opt out of those messages. Service messages about an active engagement can continue where we need them to do the work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or our WhatsApp number: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the site, no scraping that degrades the service, and no impersonation of BPO or of another person.
Accounts and forms
Contact and career forms must contain accurate information. Career applications must be your own. We may reject an application or an enquiry that is incomplete or misleading.
Our content
Text, graphics, and layout on the site belong to BPO or our licensors. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site or our marks for your own service.
Client work
Paid work is governed by the proposal, engagement letter, or statement of work we both accept. If that document conflicts with these website terms, the engagement document applies to the work. Fees, deadlines, and what you must supply are set out there.
Liability
We take care of the information on the site, and we do not promise that it is complete or current. To the extent Sri Lankan law allows, we are not liable for loss arising only from use of the public site or from a WhatsApp enquiry before an engagement exists. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Sri Lankan law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension
We may suspend the site or stop a WhatsApp conversation that breaches these terms or the WhatsApp Business Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. The courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
