As a Business Consultant at BPO, you will work directly with clients who need clear direction on how to strengthen operations, improve performance, and grow with confidence. This is a client-facing role focused on practical advice — not theory.
You will spend time understanding each business, identifying priorities, and recommending next steps that fit their stage of growth. That may include company setup guidance, process improvement, financial planning support, or connecting them to digital and growth services across BPO.
The ideal candidate is curious, structured, and comfortable explaining complex topics in simple language. You will collaborate with specialists across corporate, finance, digital, and growth teams to deliver joined-up recommendations that clients can act on.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and current operations
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and practical action plans
- Support business planning, process improvement, and growth initiatives
- Coordinate with BPO specialists across service lines to deliver complete solutions
- Prepare concise client updates, proposals, and engagement documentation
- Build trusted relationships and follow through on agreed next steps
