As a Digital Solutions Specialist at BPO, you will help businesses adopt tools and workflows that simplify operations — from software onboarding to automation and process digitisation. The focus is practical impact, not technology for its own sake.
You will support discovery sessions, requirements gathering, implementation planning, and client training. Working with product and delivery teams, you will help keep projects clear, on track, and useful for the people who use them every day.
This role is a strong fit if you enjoy solving operational problems with digital tools, explaining systems simply, and supporting clients through change. You will work across hybrid setups and collaborate with consultants and finance teams when projects span multiple services.
What you'll do
- Support digital discovery sessions and gather clear requirements
- Assist with implementation planning, setup, and client training
- Document workflows and recommend practical automation improvements
- Work with product and delivery teams to keep projects on schedule
